"Your story, told well, is the most convincing thing you'll ever write."
In this Beacon, you'll use AI to write a personal text that actually sounds like you. Writing about yourself is hard โ AI can help you find the middle ground between underselling yourself and sounding like a job application.
A short personal bio is useful in your LinkedIn profile, email signature, WhatsApp description, a community group introduction, or anywhere someone asks: "Tell us a little about yourself."
One good version is enough โ and AI can help you write it in minutes.
Open ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini and fill in the brackets:
Read both versions. Then pick the one that feels more like you โ or mix the two.
Now stay in the same chat and reuse what you just made:
One of them will probably feel closer to how you actually talk. That instinct โ "yes, this one" โ is exactly what you need to shape your final bio. And if you tried the bonus step: same information, third shape โ AI didn't rewrite your story, it just reshaped it.
You don't have to use the bio exactly as AI writes it. Copy the parts you like, rewrite the parts you don't, and add the small details only you would know. The goal isn't a perfect AI-generated text โ it's your text, written faster and with a little help.
You just wrote something personal with AI โ and learned how to adjust it until it sounds like you.
Up next โ Beacon 7: Research Like a Pro. You'll use Perplexity and NotebookLM to research smarter, not harder.
No rush. Come back whenever you're ready. 🙂
